Dear Readers,
May this find you peaceful and in great spirits wherever you are now! Change can be unexpected and force us to examine what needs reassessing and adapt to our evolving environment. Sometimes, unavoidable experiences awaken a dormant part of us, compelling us to make changes. Most recently, personal readings I have done for others highlight a transformation.
Going through a shift requires patience and allowing yourself time to integrate them. Slowing down, almost at a snail's pace, is the best method, but in the “real world,” we are not always afforded that. A good practice can be beneficial and done in small amounts; finding what works for you shifts your mindset into a rhythm best suited for your lifestyle. Be patient and know that it’s ok to take your time.
If you’re genuinely committed to using this opportunity for change, which opens up possibilities for a beautiful life, you must confront your fears. Avoiding this inner conflict is not an option. It's natural to feel a range of emotions, including anger, during this process. You desire transformation yet fear the possibility of destruction.
Destruction can dismantle something you have been so used to in life, but by confronting the darkness, you can break free from this cycle. It's within this darkness that you'll find your light. There's no way to bypass these challenging experiences; you must be honest and acknowledge the pain. By suppressing it, you're allowing it to control you. You must be willing to ask yourself some difficult questions.
Am I content with where I am in my life? Am I comfortable with the self-sabotaging cycle that's hindering my growth?
We cannot control some circumstances, but our reactions can determine the outcome. Be mindful of the emotions that surface from your experiences. They are your cues and help you anticipate the next steps. This reading suggests purging fluids from our physical body, but understanding mind, body, and soul plays a massive role in our complete healing. What we watch, listen to, and ingest through our lenses contributes to our quality of life.
How can you recalibrate your system to be in a flow state? Find what works best for you. Cleansing your system helps prepare for better things to enter your life. Your flow state will unfold when you are attuned to the rhythm of natural cycles.
Pay attention to your thoughts, as an overactive mind can add to a disruptive pattern. Use discernment to establish which thoughts hold valid applications to your everyday life and where they come from.
Is this external, and how does it serve a greater purpose for me? One thing I’ve learned to do is get out of my head completely. “Nope, get out and do a physical activity.” Dance, read, take a walk. If meditation is your go-to, great. If pressing, leave it for the moment and return to it. Trust in the process, and don’t hesitate to ask for help when things get heavy. The traditional approach trains us to conceal our problems, and when things become overwhelming, we receive references from a professional who diagnoses us and offers a solution. “Here, take this, and it will fix your problems.” I must clarify that I am not saying someone should disregard professional help. I am saying to weigh your options and remember that seeking help when needed is ok.
It is within the root system of your subconscious mind that has all manifesting power to create the life you desire. First, you must clear out the mess and remove the weedy parts.
“If all humankind had a fundamental understanding that the dark subconscious desires are the source of all actions taken, then the future of the human species would not be at risk the way it is today. The subconscious desires are just as key to making actions occur as soil biodiversity is responsible for plant growth. The moral of the soil/subconscious metaphor is disinterest in the sacred complexity of the mundane underground is a mirror of the ignorance of how one’s life is manifesting through the subconscious. The subconscious, unseen, silent, and mysterious may not captivate a desire to tend it, when in fact, it is at the root of all our life experiences. The soil, unmoving, dense, impassible, or boring, may not captivate the spiritual ego, but it is, in fact, at the root of action and growth.” Brynja Magnusson
How can you surrender to understanding the root cause of all problems that lie within you? Can you be more receptive to facing these actions that have caused turmoil to be projected outward into the world?
I resonate with Bryjna and find that getting to the root of your problems is deep within your subconscious. At the core of who you are is where you start.
Who is the real you and not the programmed mind that focuses on external stimuli to dictate and control your life?
There is a sacredness in everything you do, and when you become aware of this, you open your channel to the watery depths of who you are: fluid, adaptable, and resilient to changing times. If this differs from your state, focus on being flexible rather than resistant. Don’t be in a rush for immediate relief. Things take time, but if you set aside a routine, even if it is minuscule, it will pay off. What I share with you is what I use for my self-care. Every day, show up for yourself. Let go of all that external bullshit and dig deep into the essence of who you are. If there’s a mess, clean it up and get rid of it. If you overlook this opportunity, you can become stagnant, which causes you to become unbalanced.
Recalibrating to the seasons is a perfect way to set the stage for your goals. Some of us are in the autumn energy, which provides downtime. No matter where you are located and what season you are in, using the elements as a guide for calibrating your mind, body, and soul is beneficial. There is no perfect time like the present, darlings! The energies are aligned for transformation, a new journey of self-knowledge, and finding true peace.
When your cup is full, its overflow becomes a beacon, lighting the way for others to fill theirs. The light you emit not only attracts but inspires, igniting in others the desire to share from their cups. As each person overflows, a cycle of giving is born, where individual wholeness creates collective transformation.
“They call me now Crooked and Bent, but if you went to stir the cauldron of awen for a year and a day, your back would bow like a willow as well. I am that great alchemical vessel, the womb, the place of life, birth, rebirth, growth, change, transformation, and death. Death to the life that was. I am the ancient Lady of Dark and Light, as well as of poetry. I gave birth to the radiant brow, the golden thoughts, the divine inspiration. I bring it again and again to the world, and today, to you, my child of light and shadow.”
Living this so hard right now. Beautiful post, my friend.
